How to Register

Complete the online entry form.
Submit one form per section per entrant.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your entry is received.
You will receive confirmation once your entry has been checked by event organisers.
Key Dates for 2026
Entries Open: Wednesday 10 2025
Entries Close: Solos – Wednesday 18 February / Ensembles – Wednesday 4 March
Schedules Released: Solos – Monday 9 March / Ensembles – Friday 27 March
Competition Commences: Solos – Tuesday 7 April / Ensembles – 11 May
Showcase: Announced in early 2026
Solos (Year 3+):
Entered by parents/guardians – entrants of any age may not enter themselves under any circumstances.
Opens: Wednesday 10 December
Closes: Wednesday 18 February 2026 (Week 4, Term 1)
Ensembles:
Entered by teachers (SCS email required)
Entrants must be from a single SCS school (no mixed-school/external groups).
Opens: Wednesday 10 December
Closes: Wednesday 4 March 2026 (Week 6, Term 1)
Note:
- Cut-off dates are firm and cannot be extended.
- Start your registration early — you can make changes later. Early registration ensures you receive important reminders about closing dates.
- Incomplete entries will remain “In Progress” and will not be included in scheduling or competition. Only complete and submitted applications will be accepted.
- Parents needing help should contact their child’s teacher first.
